Organisations operate across borders. Teams span cultures. HR sits at the intersection of it all — navigating different legal frameworks, talent markets and ways of working. The ZGP International HR Community exists to make that work easier, richer and less isolating.

What we are here to do

• Foster professional dialogue on current challenges, good practices and developments in international HR
• Connect HR professionals across industries and backgrounds
• Bring together perspectives from companies, institutions and education — because the best ideas come from diverse perspectives
• Generate practical impulses for attracting, integrating, collaborating with and retaining international talent
• Support one another — sharing successes and challenges alike, so no valuable HR perspective goes unheard
