The ZGP mentoring programme brings members of our network together to share knowledge, experiences and new insights. Mentees and mentors benefit from mutual learning – regardless of role, age or experience.

How does mentoring work?

The ZGP mentoring programme brings members of our network together to exchange knowledge, experiences and new insights. Mentees and mentors benefit from mutual learning – regardless of role, age or experience.

1. Registration

Register by email: mentoring@zgp.ch

When registering, please state your motivation and expectations for the mentoring programme.

2. Matching

The ZGP team organises suitable mentoring based on your preferences (e.g. industry, role).

3. Exchange

Duration: Six months are recommended, with the possibility of extension by agreement

Frequency: Monthly meetings (60–90 minutes), in person or virtually
